What if there were another way to feel?

Feeling whole.

The child you were and the adult that you are now have a lot in common and a lot to discuss. Imagine what you could learn from each other.

Making repairs.

Chances are, the people in your life do not live up to either your high hopes or your worst fears. Your expectations for how others behave may not be serving you well.

What comes next.

A long line of future days, each with its very own You, awaits the choices you make today. What will you take from the You of tomorrow and what will you give?

We tend to follow patterns that worked for us at some point, even if only a little bit, and even if they no longer do.

We learned how to behave, believe, and belong while we were still children. Still, some things age better than others. What if the examples you were given were the best ones available, but were incomplete? Would you be able to recognize it? Would you know how to go about filling in the blanks or even how to start over?

Things to know.
